(Redirected from Baden State Theatre)
Baden State Theatre (German: Badisches Staatstheater) was built between 1970 and 1975 following plans by Helmut Bätzner, on the spot previously occupied by the Karlsruhe Station (until 1913) and the Market Hall (until 1970). There are 1.002 seats in the large auditorium, and 330 in the small one. The “Musengaul” in front of the theatre is the work of the sculptor Jürgen Goertz.
