Geography

The city of Pforzheim is about 25 kilometers southeast of Karlsruhe.

Public transport

Pforzheim is connected with Karlsruhe by trains and tram-trains.

There is another tram-train between Bruchsal, Bretten and Pforzheim.

By car

Pforzheim is situated at the Autobahn 8 (A 8) between the cities of Karlsruhe and Stuttgart.

The Bundesstraße 294 connects Pforzheim with Bretten in the Landkreis Karlsruhe.

Places of interest

Pforzheim is famous for its jewellery industry.
