Karlsruhe
Especially at the beginning of the winter semester of the Universität Karlsruhe demand for flats is often higher than availability.
Anyone who has a student flat for rent can inform the Studentenwerk about it via phone or internet, see externals links for details. The arrangement is free for both renter and tenant.
