I still have no idea, what they are planing, but it's not forbidden to register an account.

I'm montoring the new-user-log and I'm thinking about disabling the idle and unused accounts after a month or so.

Maybe the accounts belong to User talk:Kinkiest. Then it would be harmless, because we have some spam-protection online. -- Wilhelm Bühler 07:06, 2 July 2009 (UTC)
