Karlsruher Lebensmittelsymposium

The Karlsruher Food Symposium (German: Karlsruher Lebensmittelsymposium (KALS)) is to discuss scientific topics of the food chain.


21 to 23 April 2010 the fourth symposium will held.

The venue is the Akademiehotel Karlsruhe in Karlsruhe-Rüppurr.

It is organised by the Food Production Quality Service (FPQS).

2009 the third symposium had a detailed look at “biological hazards” and their thresholds.
